Challenge Power Transmission (Zhuji) Ltd was set up in 2004 and is the centre for the production of Challenge conveyor chains and special chains and controls production of all standard transmission chain. One large warehouse is a dedicated central store for all the chains, belts and bearings for where containers are despatched directly to overseas Challenge distribution companies. Products produced in-house are tightly controlled with a rigorous QC system and sub contract parts are tightly quality controlled, branded and packaged before despatch.
Conveyor chains are a special strength of the business including British Standard, M Series, FV Series and many special styles. Special agricultural chains form another strong part of the business. All tooling is produced in-house and the company operates its own case hardening equipment. |
