The Challenge wholly owned subsidiary base in Ningbo, China has developed and implemented Quality Management Systems in order to document the company’s best business practices to better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers and to improve the overall management of the company.

Challenge strives to adhere and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 in all aspects and stages of business operations.

The company Quality Policy calls for continuous improvement in its quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principals:

  • Provide customers with products and services that meet or exceed their quality requirements;
  • Adopt Total Quality Management principles and continuously improve processes, products and services;
