Special Projects
For over 40 years, Challenge has been manufacturing and distributing Chinese origin power transmission products. Over that time we have not only set up our own manufacturing and warehousing facilities, but also developed a trusted network of audited and qualified third party suppliers all over China.
Projects Team
Challenge China has assembled a strong foreign management team to ensure that the quality of our products remains consistent. Each member of this elite team has an average of 25 years of experience manufacturing and sourcing products within China.
Trusted Suppliers
Every company that supplies Challenge not only receives regular site visits, but is also monitored for quality and consistency through our ISO9001:2015 policy. Any products that do not meet our quality demands are returned and any suppliers who fail to keep to our strict standards are removed from our trusted supplier lists.
Special Products
Challenge supply a range of special and customer branded products around the world. Examples include miniature motors for a machinery manufacturer, heavy duty agricultural spares for rural distributors in Africa, specialist bearings for a number of industries and large sized cast v-belt pulleys for mining to name but a few products.
Local Presence
One of our main advantages is in basing an international management and quality team within China. This not only allows us to respond quickly to queries from local suppliers, but we are also able to respond in the local language and operate within the local time zone. All suppliers are audited and visited to ensure production best practices are adhered to.
Quality Team
Having an experienced quality and inspection team based in China ensures that we can inspect and test products before they are shipped to local markets. By finding any issues early, we are able to save time and money by ensuring that all of the special products details are correct prior to shipping.
Customer Support
With our extensive network of Challenge branches and Distributors, we offer a local point of contact for all of our special products. These local contacts are then able to liaise with our teams in China simplifying the process for our customers while also offering peace of mind that their contact within Challenge is local to them.
